Salvage Life
Salvage Life is a nonprofit organization founded by Virgin Islander and Marine, Andrew Hairston. The main goal of Salvage Life is to inspire others regardless of their situations to live a healthy and active lifestyle, with a focus on the veteran and disabled communities in the Camp Lejeune area and the US Virgin Islands. With Andrew being an avid weightlifter, he derived the name from the gym phrase "Savage Life", but instead using the word "Salvage" to raise awareness to disabilities resulting from limb salvages.
“We all have excuses, I just choose not to use mine.”
